Ultra-Fast Turn

In the case where you need to have your order delivered in an ultra-fast timeframe (< 3 days), there are a number of pieces of information which we must have up-front in order to meet your delivery timeframe.
Duplication:
1. What type of Media (CD, Bizcard, diskette, tape, etc.)
2. What goes on the Media (type of label artwork)
3. What goes in the Media (type and use of master)
4. What the Media goes into (type of packaging)
Printing:
1. What type of printing (digital, screenprint, wide-format)
2. What type of paper stock (coated/uncoated, text or cover weight)
3. Number of Colors & Print Method (CMYK / Spot Colors, 4/4, 4/1, etc.)
Order Info:
1. Quantities (on all portions of the order)
2. All Shipping and Billing Information
3. IPR (intellectual property rights form for master duplication)
4. Email & Phone Contacts for Art and Master Approvals.
Please contact a Client Services to clarify all order details and confirm delivery time. *24-48 hour delivery is measured from time of approval of masters and artwork.
Additional Steps:
• Customer-Suppied art should be sent in right away via FTP, preferably utilizing a Coptech template. The Quark/InDesign layout file along with all the associated postscript fonts and images must be included in a stuffit archive. The order should also note what platform the art was created in (PC/MAC), the number of colors and any required Pantone spot color matches.
• Your Master should be supplied Replication-Ready (in the same media as is being duplicated/replicated) and following all our mastering specifications. Please refer to CD Mastering for formatting details.
• If we are duplicating/replicating your media, we require a signed IPR Form (Intellectual Property Rights). This form is available for download. This form verifies that you have the right to duplicate and must be signed and received before any duplication can take place. In addition to the IPR, all new customers must also fill out a Coptech Agreement.
• All packaging requirements & shipping info must be specified.
