Coptech Digital Adds New Printing Press to Boost Speed and Efficiency

Coptech Digital, a media duplication firm that specializes in digital offset printing and CD/DVD duplication, is adding a new Hewlett Packard Indigo 3500 press to enhance their product offerings.

Woburn, MA - March 27, 2008 -- Coptech Digital Inc., a female-owned Digital/Offset Printer and CD/DVD/VHS duplicator located in the Boston area, has added a new Hewlett Packard Indigo 3500 press to increase their quality and efficiency. Coptech Digital is now rolling out impressive quality digital offset prints with greater speed and paper handling than ever before, thanks to this brand new printing press.

"We had the opportunity to upgrade our existing press for something new and improved," said Tom Cherry, President of Coptech Digital. "The improved speed and paper handling will increase our efficiency, as well as allow us to offer new print products to our customers."

Coptech Digital's new HP Indigo 3500 press also features a significantly faster RIP software controller, which processes print files three times faster. This also allows for better color profiling. "This will allow us to get print files to the press faster," said Cherry. "Enhanced color profiling will make it easier for us to offer the best color matching prints in Boston. We are well known for our eye for color, but now we'll be even better."

Coupled with Coptech Digital's capacity to screen print 25,000 five-color CDs or DVDs per day, and their normal daytime capacity of 20,000 duplicated discs, Coptech Digital can now print, duplicate and package very large jobs, very quickly, for the most demanding customers.
